Fan USES
SDS jet fan is mainly used in highway, railway tunnel longitudinal
ventilation, can also be used for other similar occasions, such as
auxiliary tunnel, tank, etc.
The fan type
Jet fan can be unidirectional, also can make reversible
bidirectional, for reversible bidirectional jet fan, its forward
flow, thrust with reverse flow, the basic equal thrust.
Working principle of the fan
Jet fan hanging on the top of the tunnel, the use of the tunnel
itself as the air duct.Jet fan is specially designed, can from the consumed power of the
given maximum jet power, its operation function is based on the
principle of shock transmission work, through the tunnel always
part of the air flow in the fan, by export told again, because the
exhausts and the rest of the air force change, energy is injected
into the latter, thus the air inside the tunnel to the export side,
and fresh air inhaled from the import.Carbon monoxide concentration and turbidity by air import point
increase, to export reaches the maximum value, is the design value.Fan installed with tunnel cross section, do not take up traffic
area, no special ventilation buildings, convenient installation,
low construction cost.
The fan performance test
According to the test, the test requirements of ISO5801 thrust,
flow and noise indexes under the various specifications, different
blade Angle, and under the condition of the forward and reverse
operation test.
